Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide information about products, help customers locate items, and answer their queries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and shelves.
• Restock merchandise and ensure that items are properly labeled and priced.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Support store inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and foster repeat business.

Education and Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or a similar sales role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
