Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments of goods.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage and report any issues to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
Education and Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
