Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships within the assigned territory.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Product Promotion: Promote AFCC’s range of automotive finance products and services to dealerships.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Education and Qualification
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves travel within the territory.
