Roles and Responsibilities:

• Surveillance: Monitor casino premises through cameras and regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, and handle them according to established protocols.
• Access Control: Manage the access of guests, employees, and contractors to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Customer Service: Assist patrons and employees with security-related concerns, providing a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Reporting: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to management for further action.
• Compliance: Ensure that all security operations comply with local laws and casino policies.

Education and Qualification:

• Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Certification: Valid security license as required by Canadian provincial regulations.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform duties such as standing for long periods and responding to incidents quickly.
