Roles and Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage the F&B team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Service: Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Address any customer concerns or complaints effectively.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and efficient use of resources.
• Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to meet the restaurant’s standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Education and Qualification:

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and quality control standards.
