Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with preparing and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Provide information and answer questions related to immigration services and office policies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
Education and Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.
