Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation accurately.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with preparing and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide information and answer questions related to immigration services and office policies.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

Education and Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
