Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
