Roles and Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the center’s programs and services.
- Content Creation: Create and manage content for the center’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Community Engagement: Organize events and activities to engage the local community and promote the center.
- Advertising: Design and implement advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new enrollments.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for future campaigns.
Education and Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or childcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
