Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and align with the company’s goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and managing performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Education and Qualification:

A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
