Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens and towels, and ensure that all rooms are tidy and organized.
• Handle and dispose of trash and waste in a proper and environmentally friendly manner.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, and order new supplies as needed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as required by management.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents or guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
