Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to company standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
• Replenish toiletries and other supplies as needed.
• Perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing tasks.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
