Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and suggest appropriate styles, treatments, and products.
• Keep up to date with the latest hair care trends, techniques, and products to offer the best services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized.
• Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products for maintaining their hair’s health and appearance.
• Manage appointment schedules to ensure efficient client service and minimal wait times.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated with industry standards.
• Promote additional services and retail products offered by the salon to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hair care program.
• Proven experience as a Hair-Care Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in various hair care techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hair care products and their proper use.
• Creativity and attention to detail in styling and hair care.
