Roles and Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clear construction sites of debris, set up necessary equipment, and ensure materials are available.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, including tools and equipment.
• Support Work: Assist skilled tradespeople like carpenters and electricians by holding materials, measuring, and cutting.
• Construction Tasks: Perform tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and assembling scaffolding.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• General Labor: Perform other tasks as needed, including site cleanup and tool storage.

Education and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Physical stamina, ability to perform manual tasks, good communication, and ability to follow instructions.
• Education: No formal education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. Safety training certifications are advantageous.
