Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including setting up scaffolding and ladders.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools.
• Help with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems.
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, such as roofers and carpenters, as needed.
• Ensure the construction site is safe and clean, following all safety regulations.
• Perform other manual labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or roofing is an asset.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
