Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s booking system.
• Prepare workstations and treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for clients.
• Assist nail technicians and massage therapists with tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of salon products and restock supplies when necessary.
• Ensure that all areas of the salon, including waiting areas, treatment rooms, and bathrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide clients with information about services and products offered by the salon.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments and manage cash register duties.
• Promote salon services and products to clients to encourage repeat business.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Basic computer skills for managing appointments and payments.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
