Education

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and answering any questions about the menu.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking as necessary and reporting shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to mix drinks quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (or equivalent) is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
