Roles and Responsibilities

- Decorate pastries and desserts to enhance their appearance and appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that the bakery is stocked with necessary ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of products.
Education and Qualification
- A diploma or certification in baking, pastry arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a baker or pâtissier is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
- Creativity and attention to detail, especially in the decoration and presentation of baked goods.
