Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, muffins, donuts, and other baked goods, according to Tim Hortons’ recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all baked goods are fresh and of high quality, consistently meeting customer expectations.
• Operate baking equipment and machinery, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and service.
• Assist with decorating and finishing baked products as required.
• Handle and store food products properly to avoid spoilage.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new products and baking techniques.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
