Roles and Responsibilities

• Baking: Prepare and bake various items such as donuts, muffins, bagels, and other pastries according to Tim Hortons’ standards and recipes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all baked goods meet the company’s quality and presentation standards before being served to customers.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage ingredient inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-line team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain baking equipment, including ovens and mixers, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Education and Qualifications

• Previous experience in baking, especially in a commercial or fast-food setting, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow recipes accurately, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work early morning or overnight shifts.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training in baking or culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory.
