Roles and Responsibilities
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Data Entry: Input and update data in company databases and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors by providing information, answering queries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration or a related field is an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask effectively.
