Roles and Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data in company databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors by providing information, answering queries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.

Education and Qualification

  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in office administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask effectively.
