Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships within the assigned territory.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Product Promotion: Promote AFCC’s range of automotive finance products and services to dealerships.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.

Education and Qualification

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves travel within the territory.
