Roles and Responsibilities:

- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs and conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics to senior management.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and effectively.
