Roles and Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using both manual and automated methods, ensuring all items are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning floors, surfaces, and disposing of trash appropriately.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that dishwashing equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Support Kitchen Staff: Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation, as directed by the kitchen staff or supervisor.
• Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.

Education and Qualification:

• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an asset but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good time management, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform tasks that require physical effort.
