Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Related Field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to company standards.
• Replenish supplies, such as toiletries and linens, in guest rooms.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
