Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in electronic systems and equipment, determining the root cause of malfunctions.
• Repair and maintain electronic systems, including testing and replacing faulty components.
• Install and configure new electronic systems and devices according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment to prevent future issues.
• Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals for accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Stay updated on the latest electronic technologies and industry best practices.

Education and Qualification

• A diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• Proven experience as an electronic service technician, with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment.
• Good understanding of electronic circuits, systems, and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
