Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats.
• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions to guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure that orders meet customers’ expectations.
• Check on customers periodically to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning.

Education and Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a food and beverage server is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
