Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to Edo Japan’s recipes and specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Operate grill equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food orders.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and informing management of shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
