Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using testing tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and fix the issue.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as an electrician or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions.
