Roles and Responsibilities
- Food Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food items from the counter, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and addressing customer needs.
- Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Food Preparation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food counter, including preparation areas and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of food and supplies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills for handling transactions.
