Roles and Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company personnel.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of company transactions, employee files, and other important documents.
  • Support Staff: Assist other staff members with administrative tasks as required.

Education and Qualification

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college diploma or certificate in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent communication abilities are essential.
